Sound Library Licensing Terms
Effective Date: 05.05.2025

These Licensing Terms apply to all sound packs, sample packs, loops, and other downloadable audio content ("Products") purchased or downloaded from the Sound Library section of www.fuzyon-i.com ("Website").

By purchasing or downloading Products, you ("Licensee") agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License
Fuzyon-I grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products in accordance with these terms.

You may:

  • Incorporate the sounds into original music, video, film, podcasts, games, apps, performances, or other multimedia projects
  • Use the sounds for personal or commercial projects (unless otherwise specified per product)

2. Restrictions
You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original sounds in isolation or as part of another sound library, sample pack, or software instrument
  • Claim ownership of the raw sounds or samples
  • Use the sounds for illegal, defamatory, or offensive purposes
  • Products are licensed, not sold.

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and ownership of the Products remain the exclusive property of Fuzyon-I.
Licensee only receives the rights explicitly granted in these terms.

4. Liability
Fuzyon-I makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of the Products for any particular purpose.
Use of the Products is at your own risk.
Fuzyon-I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Products.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. Termination
Failure to comply with these terms will result in automatic termination of this license.
In case of termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Products and delete all copies.

7. Changes to Licensing Terms
Fuzyon-I reserves the right to modify these Licensing Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
